Choice Of Law and Jurisdiction

Course Fees

All course fees published are subject to change without any prior notice. The course fee stated in our confirmation email is the correct price for a course. Should course fees be revised, enrollments confirmed by CEPGlobe will be price-protected, that is, enrollees will pay the lower of the old or revised course fees. The course fees include access to the online course materials, appearance for one examination and certification (on successfully passing the examination). All course fees should be paid by Demand Draft or Credit Card.  Course fees are payable in advance of the course. Only pre-paid enrollments will be confirmed. All confirmed enrollments are price-protected. Enrollments without prepayment are put on waiting list, subject to availability of seats and price revision.

User account and password

You understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify CEPGlobe of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. CEPGlobe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.

Modifications of the software/website

CEPGlobe reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, improve, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, it’s website or any content or information on the website including the terms and conditions of your use of this website with or without notice to you.
